Which version do I need?
Short answer: if your computer is simple or old, take Linda Loupe. If you have a gaming computer or a recent graphics card, take Linda Assay. You can have both.
Current versions: app 2.0.7.0 · model package 1.3.4.1. Assay FP32 stable / Loupe CPU; short AI inserts may be missed.
Answer one question
Linda Loupe
Linda Loupe is a separate, smaller set of models with the same app and the same features. It is the right choice for office computers, old laptops and for people who want quick results. It does not need a graphics card.
Linda Assay
Linda Assay is the full set of models. It finds more texts rewritten by “humanizers” and gives the most reliable result. It is meant for computers with a graphics card; without one a long text takes minutes.
Not sure?
You can keep both on one computer. The app picks the suitable one by itself, and you can switch in Settings. The app can also work with only one of them: Linda Loupe alone, or Linda Assay alone.

Historical developer measurements, not an independent audit or a fresh complete 2.0.6.0 evaluation. Assay/Loupe benchmark denominators sometimes differ. Full-check timings use different texts/versions: Assay 2.0.6.0 FP32, 10,594 words, 22.14 s; Loupe 2.0.5.1, 3,800 words, 2.8 s (4 threads) / 9.7 s (1 thread), Ryzen 7 7800X3D.
