Refunds — Linda (formerly Linda-Pro)

Payments are handled by Polar (Merchant of Record). The application is free for personal use, so you can try everything before you buy a commercial key.

Personal and Team keys

If Linda does not work for you, write to lindapro.support@proton.me within 14 days of purchase and the licence is refunded in full through Polar, no questions asked.

Organization licence (yearly)

Within 14 days of purchase we refund the licence if the key has not been used for commercial work or if we cannot fix a technical problem. After that you can cancel renewal at any time; the licence stays active until the end of the paid year and the unused part of the year is not refunded.

Your statutory rights

Consumers in the EU may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content; mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this page. Polar may also process refunds at its own discretion to prevent payment disputes. Business buyers have no statutory withdrawal right; the rules above are our voluntary policy.
